When will my order be shipped?
All items are made to order and we do not personally hold excess inventory or stock. Once your items are shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number to ensure delivery. Processing times will vary by item and can be found on the Order Processing Time page here. View our our shipping policy here.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is FREE on all U.S. domestic orders of $75 or more. All other US orders ship for a flat fee of $4.99
Is international shipping available?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. All items are made to order and we cannot stop the production of items once they have started.
What if my item arrives misprinted/damaged/defective?
We are happy to resolve any issues within 7 days of delivery. If you have any issues, please contact us.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All of our merchandise is made to order, so we are unable to process returns or exchanges. Providing high-quality items and outstanding customer service is our number one priority, so if you are not satisfied with your item, please send us few photos along with a message.
My tracking says "Delivered", but I have NO package! What do I do?
Carriers may prematurely mark packages as delivered and then they are delivered within a few days. Most packages are unable to fit in a standard mailbox and are often left in neighborhood parcel lockers and/or apartment mailrooms or front offices. If you have checked all places, please allow up to 2 business days for packages to be delivered.
If your package still does not arrive, please contact us so that we can help work with the shipping carrier to find your order via GPS tracking. Requests for refunds due to delivery delays or issues will not be honored, but we will work with you to help get delivery issues resolved.
Do you create the art on the merchandise?
We create and curate the designs and art that is featured on all of our products. While some items are digitally created and/or enhanced by us, we frequently purchase and license art from some pretty dope artists and designers! We take pride in supporting artists and designers, as we believe in circulating the dollars within the creative community.
Do you make the items featured on the website?
We design the products and we utilize production partners to help fulfill and ship all of our items. We have formed relationships with the highest quality print and manufacturing partners who print, sew, and ship out orders with our designs. The majority of our production partners are located within the U.S. and we also utilize one top rated partner in China.
